Our July is nice n’ relaxed. It is summer after all.
Toby’s only required (other than normal daily responsibilities) work today is Reading (Ulysses Moore – The Door to Time) and Basketball Camp. Next week we’ll pick up with his Saxon Math and Language Skills. Reading, Piano, Math, and Language Arts are really the only summer stick-to-its for us. I’m also scheduling the online CAT for him in the near future. Testing is not required by our state. But my mommy-heart needs to be validated. If that makes sense…
Trevy is off to school and therapies for the morning.
Which means…it’s a girls rule day! And since this will be the first year of “official” homeschooling for Bristel…I decided to introduce her to more organized workboxes. But the dollar and change was burning a hole in her pocket on the way home from dropping the brothers off…so I made the executive decision to start with (not in the box) Math.
